rallyp0int Community Guidelines

Last updated: 1 October 2026

rallyp0int is for finding things to do and people to do them with. These guidelines apply to everything you share or do on rallyp0int: posts, photos, videos, captions, comments, events, messages, group chats and your profile. They form part of our Terms of Service, and you agree to them when you use rallyp0int.

1. Zero Tolerance

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content that breaks these guidelines is removed, and the accounts behind it can be suspended or permanently banned.

2. What Is Not Allowed

  • Nudity and sexual content: no nudity, pornography or sexually explicit material, anywhere on rallyp0int, including profile pictures and chats.
  • Anything sexualising minors: no content that involves or depicts anyone under 18 in a sexual way. We remove it, ban the account and report it to the relevant authorities.
  • Hate speech: no slurs, and nothing that attacks or demeans people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or disability.
  • Harassment and bullying: no threats, intimidation, targeted abuse, unwanted sexual advances, or encouraging others to pile on someone.
  • Violence and gore: no graphic violence or gore, and nothing that promotes or glorifies harming people, animals or yourself.
  • Illegal activity: no selling or arranging drugs, weapons or other illegal goods or services, and nothing that promotes illegal activity.
  • Spam and scams: no fake giveaways, phishing, misleading links, repeated unwanted promotion or fake engagement.
  • Impersonation: do not pretend to be another person, brand, venue or organisation, or mislead people about who you are.
  • Private information: do not share anyone else's personal details, such as their address, phone number, ID documents or private photos, without their permission.

3. Events

  • Events must be real and described accurately: what it is, where and when it happens, what it costs and who it is for.
  • No events that are illegal or unsafe, or that exist to scam people, sell illegal goods or put attendees at risk.
  • Hosts are responsible for their events, including following local laws, venue rules and age limits. Verified hosts must also follow the Host Terms and Conditions.

4. How We Enforce These Guidelines

  • Automated screening: photos and videos are checked for nudity, sexual content and graphic violence when they are uploaded, and posts and event photos are not shown to anyone else until they pass. Text in captions, comments, messages, event details and profiles is filtered for slurs and abusive or sexual terms.
  • Reporting: every post, comment, event, message, chat and profile has a Report option.
  • Blocking: you can block anyone. Once blocked, you will not see each other's posts, comments or events, and they cannot message you directly.
  • Hidden pending review: when several different people report the same post, comment, photo, message or event, it is hidden from everyone until a moderator has reviewed it.
  • Review within 24 hours: our moderators review reports and act on them within 24 hours.
  • Consequences: depending on how serious it is, we remove the content, suspend the account or permanently ban it. A ban removes the account's profile and everything it has posted. Serious cases, including anything involving harm to children or a threat to someone's safety, are reported to the authorities.

5. Reporting and Contact

  • In the app, tap Report on the post, comment, event, message, chat or profile. On comments and messages, press and hold to find it.
  • If you cannot use the app, email admin@rallyp0int.com with a link to, or a description of, what you are reporting. Other ways to reach us are on our Contact page.
  • If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

6. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these guidelines as rallyp0int grows. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will ask you to accept them again in the app.
