Sign in and open Tickets. Each ticket carries a QR code the door scans straight off your screen; you don't need to print anything.

Tickets are issued the moment Stripe confirms the payment, which is usually a few seconds. Hit Refresh on your Tickets page. If it still isn't there after a few minutes, contact the host with the email on your receipt.

A small fee is added on top of the ticket price and shown before you pay. It covers payment processing and keeps rallyp0int running, and it means the host receives the full ticket price.

Refunds are up to the host. When a ticket is refunded, the money goes back to your card through Stripe and the ticket stops working at the door.

iPhone first. Android is on the way. Buying tickets and showing them at the door both work in any phone browser, so you don't need either app.

We collect ticket money and pay it out to you, to your bank account. Add your bank details in the app or on the host dashboard.

Nothing up front. The booking fee is paid by your buyers: 8% + $0.99 per ticket on the free plan, or 5% + $0.99 on Pro and Venue. See plans.

Yes. Free tiers are RSVP only and never touch a payment provider. Guests still get a QR ticket for the door.

On Pro you can add up to 5 door staff per event; on Venue there's no limit. Staff sign in with their own login and scan from the door scanner in the browser.

A venue page and a permanent pin on the map, unlimited door staff, and one promoted event every month, on top of everything in Pro.

A boosted event is drawn bigger on the map and shown first in Explore to people nearby, for the days you choose. You can buy boosts from the dashboard.

The people you're connected with on rallyp0int. You control your profile and who you follow in the app.

From the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. It removes your profile and posts. Our privacy policy has the details.
