Most social apps keep you on your phone. rallypoint is built to get you off it, out the door and into a room with your friends. The map is where it starts. Where it's going is a full social network built around going out: the people you go with, the plans you make, the nights you remember, and the places and promoters behind them.

rallypoint started as a university project in New Zealand and has grown into a full platform, by Blank Software Ltd: a small independent team with no investors. When you message us, you're talking to the founder.

What does it cost to be a partner?
Nothing. Once we approve you, we switch your account to a paid plan ourselves: no subscription, nothing to redeem, and nothing that turns into a charge later. We agree how long it runs when we approve you.
What's in the promo kit?
Posters to print, QR codes, an Instagram Story image and tracked links to the app and your events, all from your host dashboard. You'll see how many people you brought.
Do we have to leave our ticket platform?
No. Keep Megatix, Eventbrite, RA or anything else, and link to it from your event. Door-only is fine too.
Where does it work?
Anywhere. This season we're launching with partners in New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, the UK and the US.
Do our guests need the app?
The app is on iPhone. Your event link works in any browser on any phone, so people can RSVP or buy without it.
How long does approval take?
We look at every application ourselves and get in touch. Your events are checked by a real person too, and after 3 approved events they go live straight away.
How do payouts work?
If you sell through rallypoint, ticket money is paid out through Stripe to your bank. Paid ticketing is live in New Zealand. If you use your own ticketing, the money never touches us.
Is there a catch?
A map is only useful when it's full, and partners fill it. Posting stays free for everyone. We make money from optional plans, boosts and the booking fee buyers pay.
